These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website (uaepeptidelabs.com) and any inquiry, order, engagement, or correspondence with UAE Peptide Lab Sole Establishment (DED Trade Licence 1564375, VAT TRN 104022148100003) (“UAE Peptide Lab”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms you must not use the website or transact with us.

2. Products & Scope

UAE Peptide Lab supplies research-grade laboratory consumables, peptide reference standards, and educational reference content. All items are sold strictly for research use only by qualified researchers, licensed clinics, universities, and research institutions. Items are not registered as medicines in the UAE, are not dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or veterinary therapeutic use. We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, specifications, and certificates of analysis are accurate. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate specifications, or pricing without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

By submitting an inquiry or placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under 18 may not register, transact, or otherwise use the website.
  • You are acquiring the items for legitimate scientific research, educational reference, or institutional use, and not for human consumption or therapeutic use.
  • You are legally permitted to acquire, import, store, and use the items in the jurisdiction where they will be received.
  • The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

UAE Peptide Lab may at its sole discretion verify research credentials, institutional affiliation, sanctions status, or end-use before accepting an inquiry or fulfilling an order.

4. Orders, Pricing & Acceptance

All prices are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and, where stated, are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT. We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, sanctions risk, or end-use concerns.
  • Limit order quantities or split orders across multiple dispatches.
  • Correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at a materially incorrect price, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when the items have been dispatched or, for higher-value engagements, when an order acknowledgement letter has been issued in writing.

5. Payment

Settlement options offered may include any of the following, depending on the engagement, recipient location, and acquirer eligibility:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express card payments processed by our acquiring partner (currently MyFatoorah and TotalPay)
  • Tamara installment options (where eligible)
  • Bank transfer for institutional accounts (on signed engagement letter)
  • Other settlement channels published from time to time at checkout

All card payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. UAE Peptide Lab does not store, see, or have access to full card numbers, CVV codes, or expiry data. Only a transaction reference, masked card identifier, brand, and authorisation result are retained on our side. By providing payment information you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

Statement descriptor: Charges may appear on the card statement under the merchant descriptor configured with our acquirer. Where the descriptor differs materially from the operating brand, the descriptor will be disclosed at checkout or in the transaction email.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, the order acknowledgement, and these Terms for reference in the event of a dispute or refund request.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Fulfilment Policy for full details regarding processing time, carriers, customs handling, lead times, sanctions screening, and lost-shipment claims. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our reasonable control (force majeure, customs inspection, carrier capacity, etc.).

7. Returns & Settlement

Please refer to our Returns & Settlement Policy for full details. In summary:

  • All confirmed and dispatched orders are final due to chain-of-custody and storage-integrity considerations.
  • No physical returns are accepted.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched items must be reported within 7 days of carrier handover with photographic evidence.
  • Replacements, credit notes, or settlement adjustments are issued at our sole discretion after review.

8. Anti-Money-Laundering & Sanctions Compliance

UAE Peptide Lab complies with applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, and trade-sanctions regulations, including United Nations Security Council resolutions, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and UAE-specific designations. We do not transact with sanctioned countries, sanctioned entities, or individuals appearing on applicable restricted-party screening lists. Orders failing the screening check will be cancelled. UAE Peptide Lab may report suspicious activity to the competent UAE authorities as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, graphics, schema, datasets, source code, and educational reference materials, is the property of UAE Peptide Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. User Accounts & Inquiry Submissions

If you create an account, submit an inquiry, or correspond with us, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access tokens.
  • All activity that occurs under your account or attributable to your contact details.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or credentials.

UAE Peptide Lab reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse to create accounts at our discretion.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or items for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.
  • Use any item for human or veterinary therapeutic consumption, or in any manner inconsistent with the Research Policy and applicable UAE law.
  • Submit false or misleading information regarding identity, institutional affiliation, end-use, or destination.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website’s functionality or scrape content at scale.
  • Resell, redistribute, or transfer items without prior written authorisation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • UAE Peptide Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or any item.
  • Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the price actually paid for the relevant item(s) under that order.
  • We are not liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, pandemics, regional conflicts, postal or customs delays, regulatory actions, or carrier disruptions.

13. Storage & Handling After Receipt

Once items have been delivered, the receiving party is solely responsible for proper storage, handling, chain-of-custody recording, and use in accordance with the documentation supplied and applicable laboratory standards. UAE Peptide Lab is not liable for degradation, contamination, or quality issues arising from improper storage, handling, or use after delivery.

14. Disclaimer

The website and items are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Content on the website is for research and educational reference purposes only and does not constitute medical, clinical, veterinary, regulatory, legal, or other professional advice. Always consult an appropriately qualified professional for advice in any of those domains.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UAE Peptide Lab, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the website, your use of any item, or your breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Our commercial activities extend across the GCC, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, subject to local law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or any related engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

We will not trade with, or provide services to, sanctioned countries or to individuals or entities appearing on applicable restricted-party screening lists (see section 8).

17. Data Protection

The processing of personal data in connection with the website and any engagement is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data-protection legislation, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“UAE PDPL”).

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Changes to These Terms

UAE Peptide Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or engagement with UAE Peptide Lab following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
