1. Acknowledgement on Engagement

By submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or accepting a dispatch from UAE Peptide Lab, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are engaging with UAE Peptide Lab for legitimate, non‑clinical scientific research purposes only.
  • You are a qualified researcher, or you represent a research institution, university, accredited laboratory, or contract research organisation acting in such a capacity.
  • You will not use any item for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic application, or clinical treatment.

2. Classification of Items

Items supplied by UAE Peptide Lab are classified as:

  • Not medicines or medicinal products
  • Not dietary supplements or nutraceuticals
  • Not therapeutic agents, cosmetic products, or veterinary preparations

3. Eligible Engagement

Engagement with UAE Peptide Lab is accepted only from:

  • Licensed medical research facilities and clinics
  • Accredited research laboratories and contract research organisations (CROs)
  • Qualified individual researchers with documented research credentials

5. Researcher Responsibilities

Researchers acquiring items from UAE Peptide Lab are responsible for:

  • Following appropriate laboratory safety protocols, including those applicable to handling lyophilised and reconstituted research material.
  • Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Storing items in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation supplied with each consignment.
  • Disposing of items, packaging, and any reconstituted solutions in accordance with local laboratory waste regulations.
