Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

This policy describes the fulfilment terms applicable to confirmed B2B research-supply purchase orders placed with UAE Peptide Lab Sole Establishment (DED Trade Licence 1564375).

1. Order Confirmation & Processing

Purchase orders are confirmed in writing by email after credit, sanctions, and end-use checks have been completed. Standard order-processing time after written confirmation is 1–4 business days, subject to inventory availability and the agreed dispatch schedule documented in the order acknowledgement.

2. Domestic Dispatch (United Arab Emirates)

Domestic dispatch within the UAE is arranged through licensed third-party courier partners. Delivery windows, handover terms, and any applicable fees are negotiated per engagement and recorded in the order acknowledgement. Standard handover is business-day delivery to the registered consignee address on the purchase order.

3. International Dispatch

International dispatch is available to qualifying institutional customers in supported jurisdictions. Lead times, Incoterms, declared values, and routing are agreed in writing prior to dispatch. Typical transit time is 5–10 business days depending on destination and carrier.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Compliance

For international consignments, the receiving institution is responsible for:

  • All import duties, value-added taxes, and customs-clearance fees in the destination jurisdiction.
  • Verifying that the items can be lawfully imported into the destination country under applicable laws (including any prior-authorisation, registration, or licensing requirements).
  • Compliance with all local laws and regulations governing importation, storage, and use of laboratory consumables and research-grade materials.

UAE Peptide Lab is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, regulatory verification, or clearance procedures. Consignments that are seized, held, or refused entry by customs authorities are not eligible for refund or replacement.

5. Carriers & Handover

Consignments are tendered to reputable carriers including Aramex, FedEx, DHL, and approved local courier services. The carrier and service level are selected based on destination, item characteristics, and the SLA agreed for the engagement.

6. Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Tracking references are provided by email to the institutional point of contact once each consignment is dispatched. Proof-of-delivery records are maintained for institutional audit purposes and can be furnished on written request.

7. Failed Delivery & Returned Consignments

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will follow its standard re-attempt or hold procedure. Consignments returned to UAE Peptide Lab due to an incorrect institutional address, repeated failed delivery, or refusal of acceptance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additional carrier and handling charges may apply to re-dispatch.

8. Delayed or Lost Consignments

If a consignment has not arrived within the expected window, please contact info@uaepeptidelabs.com with the order reference. UAE Peptide Lab will initiate a carrier-side investigation. Please allow up to 15 business days for domestic and 30 business days for international consignments before a loss claim is finalised.

9. Packaging & Temperature-Sensitive Handling

Items are packaged to maintain integrity in transit. Where the item profile requires temperature-controlled handling, appropriate protective measures are applied. UAE Peptide Lab is not liable for temperature excursions that occur after handover to the carrier and beyond its operational control.

10. Sanctions & Export Compliance

UAE Peptide Lab complies with applicable trade-sanctions, export-control, and end-use regulations, including OFAC (United States Office of Foreign Assets Control), United Nations Security Council, and UAE-specific restrictions. Dispatch to sanctioned jurisdictions or to parties listed on applicable restricted-party screening lists is not permitted, and orders failing the screening check will be cancelled.

11. Partial Dispatch

Purchase orders may be split across multiple dispatches where this is operationally appropriate. Each dispatch is accompanied by its own tracking reference. Settlement terms remain as agreed in the order acknowledgement irrespective of the number of dispatches.
